Why we collect it
To pass your enquiry to the business you contacted, to review applications from businesses, and to improve the guide. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives it
An enquiry is shared with the business you addressed it to, and with our own team. Applications are seen only by our editorial team.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so that both sides have a record of the conversation. Applications are retained for the life of the relationship, or 12 months if declined.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
